For 90 days from the day of billing, we will freely replace any faulty
media if your return it to your provider in its original wrapping with
a proof of purchase. All damages proving that the media was not used
according to normal conditions of use are excluded from the warrantee.
Even if your warranty is expired, Edu-Performance Canada’s technical
service will always work to give you advices on the installation and

6. Limitations of responsibility
Edu-Performance Canada rejects all responsibility related to damages
of any kind that could have been caused by the installation, use or

that does not distort the initial use we authorize for the operating
of our products.
