For 90 days from the day of billing, we will freely replace any faulty media if your return it to your provider in its original wrapping with a proof of purchase. All damages proving that the media was not used according to normal conditions of use are excluded from the warrantee.

6. Limitations of responsibility

Edu-Performance Canada rejects all responsibility related to damages of any kind that could have been caused by the installation, use or uninstallation of its software.
